Trial, Warranty & Returns

 

That’s no joke to us, and it’s just good business. Our customers are our best and main sales force, and our 120 sleep trial reflects this commitment.  That’s 120 days to sleep on your new Bear Bed in the comfort of your own home.

We know how important good sleep is, and we want to work with you to make sure that you get the kind of sleep you want and deserve. The best first step in this process is to work with our sleep experts and let them help you select the right mattress for you the first time.  Our sleep trial is a great tool in the selection process, but the best outcome for both us and our customers is for new Bear Beds owners to be happy with their purchase. However, if despite our combined best efforts you find that your new BearBed is not right for you, we offer the best sleep trial in the business.

Here’s how it works​​

• ​Because it can take some time for your body to adjust to a new mattress, we ask that you sleep on your new Bear Bed for a minimum of 30 days prior to making any changes.  While in many cases customers rave about their new Bear Bed after the first night’s sleep, others will need a few weeks to get used to a new mattress. Trying your new Bear Bed for at least 30 days will give your body the chance to adjust to the new mattress.

• If you find that you are still uncomfortable on your new Bear Bed after 30 days, contact us.  There might be a solution that’s easier than returning and/or exchanging your Bear Bed.  Let’s chat and find out

• If despite our best efforts, you are still uncomfortable on your Bear Bed, you can take advantage of our extremely liberal return or exchange policy.  Details:

  • Customers must initiate the return and/or exchange prior to the end of the 120 calendar-day sleep trial. 

  • Customers are not charged a fee to return or exchange. 

  • For returns, customers will receive the full product price of the mattress less the value of any discount, interest accrued, and shipping charges, to the original form of payment. 

  • Purchases made through Affirm or Afterpay will be refunded according to their policies here.

  • Returns and exchanges are limited to one per household.  

  • If you wish to initiate an exchange, we ask that you work with one of our sleep experts during the process so that we can work to help you select the best mattress for you. 

  • Keep in mind that the mattress you receive in an exchange is not eligible for a return or exchange, all the more reason to work with one of our sleep experts during the process. 

 

Bedding

• All bedding (including sheets, pillows, toppers, covers, and comforters) is returnable within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund.  Returned bedding must be in like-new condition and undamaged. 

 

Frames, Bases, and Foundations

• All bed frames, bases, and foundations are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. Please keep this in mind prior to ordering.

 

Custom Order and Split-top Mattresses​

• All products that fall in this category are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. Please keep this in mind prior to ordering.
